About MudRatz
A youth sailing team built by its community
Started in 2013 by a group of Optimist sailors who couldn’t get enough of summer, MudRatz is a parent- and volunteer-led youth sailing program in southeastern Connecticut. It complements local yacht club programs with spring and fall practice, team travel, and a path from dinghies to sportboats and offshore racing.
